I am so grateful to have learned to take the good with the bad. If you can come to that realization you will feel so much better. Don't get to high and don't get to low. Stop comparing yourself to others and thinking they are doing so much better than you are doing. When you listen to someone else's issues you will forget about your own for long enough to realize your problem isn't as bad as you thought it was or that it could be.
