Slow down Saturday

I am so glad the snooze button on my alarm did not work this morning. I am thankful for the extra two hours of sleep. Sometimes we don't realize how tired we really are until we get some addition sleep. Let today be "me" time. Whether you are at work, in class or at home, take at least 30 seconds out of each hour to close your eyes and just take some deep breaths, you will be grateful that you did.
