Let's take a little time for ourselves today. Take 15 seconds out of ever minute to breath deeply with your eyes closed and think about nothing. That leaves the other 45 seconds to do something else. A lot of life and death decisions are made in less time than that. Those 15 seconds add up to 15 minutes per hour to think about nothing. By doing 15 seconds at a time you are allowing time for you every hour, but you don't have feel guilty about wasting time. It is a very calming thing. I have actually done it!
