Let's try to reach a state of our mind being still , calm and tranquil. It's sounds easily, but trust me it's not. For me it's early in the morning when I walk on my back porch, look around and take a single deep breath. Let go of the things you can't control and focus on the things that you can control. Whatever the stress of the week might have been put that burden down and pick it up next week. Any burden you are holding right now, put it down for a moment as you take the single breath.
