New Year, New You

Instead of saying we need to exercise more to lose weight, say we have to gain more energy by moving more every day which will get us closer to our goals and our destiny. This journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Start by getting up moving during the commercials. If you can't get up move your arms while sitting. If you can't do either, sit up straight, suck in and pull your shoulders back to help with posture. The point is to do whatever you can while you can.
