New Year, New You

If the plan is to become a better person inside and out. The back-up plan has to be to take the best of what we already are and make it better. The back-up plan to the back-up plan is to take the worst of what we are and do everything we can to turn it into the best.

We begin this swapping the negative for positive. Get control of you mind, you get control of your body. For example, instead of our normal routine of going on a diet, lets change our diet and make it better. Instead of not eating a particular food, less eat less of it. This way you will not feel deprived of something you like. Instead of feeling guilty of eating what we know is not good for us, say we are eating good food to feed our brain and make it stronger. We all know we should be eating more fruits and vegetables and less sugar!
