Lent 2021, Weekly Reflection

This week I am focusing on meditation. Whether you have a specific religion or not. We all should have something that we believe in and are thankful for. Take some time to learn more about whatever that may be. I like to start my day and end my day that way. If you think you don't have time, just love yourself enough to take at least 15 minutes out of you day to just be still without any noise( including phone, tv, radio or people). Just reconnect with yourself. The 15 minutes don't have to be all at once. But if out of 24hrs we we don't have 15 minutes to do this, we all have serious issues that Lent will not fix!
