Lent 2021

Today Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday is the last day to reflection on what we want to accomplish during Lent. February 18, 2021 is Ash Wednesday, also know as the first day of Lent. We focus on what we are "giving up", but as with all things we can make this a positive time. For example, I am "giving up" not exercising daily( meaning I will do 15 or more minutes of exercise daily). Also, "giving up", not getting enough sleep(meaning it will be lights out and tv off at 11:30. You get the general idea. Come up with some of the things you know you really need to add to your life to get you where you want to be.

In addition, I will be giving up Junk Food, sugar and the hardest of all French Fries(send some positive thoughts for me)! We can all do this if we really put our minds to it. It's only 40 days, but you will be surprised how you feel afterwards, if you really put your all into it. As a wise person once said, "Can't never could and Won't never will", Let's go!
